HESI® A2 Prep by Pocket Prep App Reviews

This app was useful with the vocabulary section however the other sections I cant say the same. I was actually quite disappointed. Im not the one to write reviews but I felt as though this was much needed. ALSO, I paid for the full version and bought the book.

So far I like it. Its a great review. I highly recommend it!!

This app helped me tremendously! Its worth the $12 to prepare for this exam! When I started I was getting 70s and ended with 90s! Between the 5 subjects on my test I scored between 84-96! TY

Used this app together with the book. Helped, a lil confusing. Dont use this two days to test day like I did.

A&P was literally the sucking the life force out of me. I couldnt retain any of the information I was going over and, then, I learned of this app. I used it mostly for A&P and it drastically improved my scores. When I first started using the app, I was scoring around 60 to 70 percent. By the time I was about to take my test, I was scoring in the high 90s and even making perfect 100s. I was able to pass the A&P portion of the HESI test because of this app. I recommend this app to anyone. Oh and be sure to purchase the full app, which I believe is $9.99. Completely worth every penny. Good luck to all!!

Im glad I discovered this app. I love that it has explanation for every single question. It really helped me to prepare for the exam!

I bought this 12 days before my HESI exam in lieu of any books(used my A&P textbook for a little bit of reference) and was so happy with the practice. Super customizable review materials and the questions are very close to what is asked on the test both in structure and content. Well worth it for people preparing for the HESI exam.

I passed my HESI exam a week ago, and this app helped me get there! I was so nervous; wondering what exactly was going to be on the test like Im sure most people do. This app was spot on for grammar, math, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and it was helpful for A&P, although I would recommend using old notes to study as well for A&P. Normally, my least favorite subject is math. But with this app,I practiced so much that I scored a 94 on the math portion!! I couldnt believe it! Definitely worth the money. Very convenient and accurate!

So I downloaded the app because it was free. Tried to use it several times and its worthless.. Question of the day is the SAME question it was the first time I used it and it gives 10questions that are all practically the same - when its free. I guess if u have to study on the go paying for the full version may work for you. However it wasnt helpful for me. At all. F

This app really helped me prepare for the HESI A2 exam!

I used this app strictly for ap & math. I passed my math portion & made a 92 on the ap section! I actually had a question from this app on the test too! Study your notes from AP AND use this app for supplemental practice you will pass!

This app is by far a five star!!!! It gives you a question of the day!!!! You can pick and choose the subjects and the amount of questions you want to answer!!!! Several of my classmates said they passed the HESI just using this app as a study source !!!

I am preparing to take the Hesi exam for the third (I know, I know) time in about 5 weeks. I scored well the first first two times in every subject except for Bio and Chem. (My school does not require A&P.) Needless to say, I am desperate to pass this time! Having exhausted all the free resources online, and not being very good at teaching myself from a book, I stumbled upon this app. I was worried at first that the questions would be ones that Ive already seen on the several sites that offer free practice tests. After reading such good reviews, I decided I would spend the $12.99 and take a chance. If it would help me pass, whats 13 bucks, right? I LOVE THIS APP! Im finding it incredibly helpful and frankly, hard to put down. I am able to customize tests with just Bio and Chem questions, and the app is very thorough in explaining why an answer is correct and why the other options would have been incorrect. I had felt as though I had plateaued in my studies and was really discouraged, but not anymore! Take a chance and give it a try. Im glad I did!
