HESI A2 Pocket Prep App Reviews

This app doesnt challenge you enough. The actual test is harder. Dont obsess with taking practice tests because the questions arent similar. Luckily I passed, and if I could go back I would invest in books as your main source of information. Good luck!

I purchased this app prior to its update and it was a really good app. they asked the same questions a lot tho so not much of a challenge but makes you prepared for the real thing. after the update it has gone slow and it takes about 5 mins just to create a test... its frustrating and irritating because I paid for an app that is too slow to use now and id rather have a outdated look than a new look which lacks the initial use of the app.. hopefully theyll make some changes soon because my test is coming up!

After I updated it, it downloaded very slowly. It is so annoying . I would like go back to the original one:(

I purchased this alongside the book that my school had recommended for the HESI. My weakest section was the Anatomy and Physiology part. Unfortunately the book barely had any practice material for it. This app came through big time. There are a ton of practice questions and a lot of them are similar to the ones on the test. I recommend it. Got a 91 on the HESI

I really have no complaints about this app so far, it covers a lot more than the review book in my opinion... And different variations of questions as well which I like.

I have the paid version and its definitely worth it! You can build your own exam which I love. I like how detailed the answers are and you can choose if you want the answer at the end or as you go. Its better than the HESI book they sell at my school by far!

This app was exactly what I needed bit helped prepare me for my test.

Love the app and test questions my only compliant is how the question of the day freezes up so I dont get to see them most of the time. And how it ask if you want to start where you left off which means starting the exam all over again. Outside of that this app has built my confidence in preparation for my exam on Sept 9th!!!!!

I bought the book "Hesi A2 secrets" and it was a good book to get my mind wrapped around the basics but the practice was limited so I sought help through an app. I finally found this app and it is amazing!!! I am a very active and visual learner and the practice is never ending which is ideal. I received an 87% overall score on four subjects. I highly recommend this app.

I was hesitant on using this app but I thought it was worth the shot. I honestly feel like if I didnt have this app, I wouldnt have done as well as I did on the exam. I knew that i would have 50 questions each for Math, grammar, vocab, and reading comp., so I would create my own exam on this app with 50 questions each. That is how I passed my Hesi A2 exam for sure. So glad I found this app prior to taking my exam!!

I paid the big bucks for the upgraded version and it was totally worth it! I just took the exam and got a 94%. This is a great source of practice questions, but you may want to supplement with an exam review book too to help review the theory behind some of the questions. Most review book have limited practice questions, so its always good to have more. This was also a great way to get used to the format of the exam! So happy I invested my money into buying this app!

Clean layout and easy to squeeze in little study sessions here and there without carrying around a workbook! Worth the money

Tests take an entire minute to load after selecting your subject. Youre stuck just staring at the screen wondering if it even registered the test. Also the app crashes frequently during a test making it extremely frustrating to complete a test. This makes for a very frustrating study experience.

Loved this app! Super helpful. However I just updated and it is literally terrible! Super super slow and doesnt even register that I am answering the questions. Great app turned terrible. Hope it gets fixed quickly.

Hate that I paid for this app and it doesnt even work. Just says its loading and the test never shows. Horrible.

This is a good study tool, but the app takes a long time to load tests and sometimes goes to a black screen.

Love this app! The new update works great. Great questions.
